Let’s talk about finding your most profitable niche. Thank you for joining.
This is Simone Vincenzi here.
And today we’re talking about what are some of the things that you can do in your business to find the niche which is the most profitable, depending of the clients that you serve.
Now, the reason why this training is important, I want you to watch until the end, it is because a lot of people and other experts I’m talking to and a lot of people that sign up for our courses, then they think they are in one industry and they will put all their effort and all their passion and all their motivation and all their hours in something that they think actually that can make them money, and then unfortunately what happens then once they start working on it and once they start selling, then they find that they attract the wrong people, or even worse, then the people don’t value their expertise, don’t value what it is that they sell.
But the problem is that they haven’t found the right niche. And this is what I want to address today. So even if you’re watching the replay, thank you very much. Just write #replay, and if you’re watching live, thank you very much for joining here.
Now, this is part of the work that we are doing with all our clients that join our online membership, they join our events, they join our courses, and we have a process that helps you identify what it your perfect niche.
And I’m going to give you a part of the process today, but I want you, first of all, I want you to understand which is an important concept, which says at a very foundation of the process that I’m going to do, I’m going to give you in a minute.
And this crucial concept is the fact that not everything that you know is worth the same amount of money to your clients. So let me repeat this for you.
Not everything you know is worth the same amount of money to your clients. What do I mean about that?
And there are skills that you have, there are skills, those strategies that you teach that are more valuable to some of your clients and there are strategies that you teach that are actually not that valuable, that are not really interesting to your clients.
And most of the time I found that these are things that we believe, as experts, they are really important, but unfortunately our clients doesn’t believe the same. And if your clients don’t believe the same, then who is right?
Well, of course, they are right because you need to sell based on their model of the work. You need to sell based on what they want the most.
So I’ll give you this example. One of our best clients, Aslam. He’s a property investor, a multimillionaire, and is a great speaker.
And we’ve been working together now for more than a year, and got incredible results with his business, with his speaking business.
Now, he’s really passionate about mindset. He’s really passionate about mindset and is one of the most skilled and European master trainer in behavioural therapies that I’ve ever seen in my life.
Now, also he’s a property investor and he made a lot of money with properties, still making a lot of money with property and other forms of investment.
Now, if you go to someone and you say, you can learn two things from me. One, how to have a bulletproof mindset.
And the second is how can you make a shit load of money from properties. Which one is the thing that is appealing the most?
The mindset or making a lot of money from property? Well, we, as a human being, we find more attractive making a lot of money from property, of course, even though without the mindset this has no foundation.
But still we want the money. Still we want the instant gratification. Still we want the fame.
So if you are selling the right product or even what you think you believe is the most important thing you can offer.
Yes, Aslam, I was actually talking about you right now.
If you’re selling what you believe is the most valuable thing that you have, which is the most important, you need to be aware and you need to make sure that this is in alignment with what your clients believe to be most important for them.
And that’s how you find your most profitable niche. So think about yourself.
Think about what is the most profitable skill, that are the skill that people will pay you the most to have.
Something that you’ve done in your life, something that you’ve learned, something that you have achieved. And the more direct the correlation between the skill that you have and making money is, the more your clients will buy, why?
Because there is a direct correlation between the investment that they make and what they can make back. And that’s why business courses, sales courses, marketing courses, property courses, trading courses, they will always make more money than mindset courses.
Even though mindset is way more important than all the other knowledge and skills. Because you can have the best knowledge and skill ever, wrong mindset, nothing will work. Nothing.
So look at the audience. Look at what is the thing that they want the most, and what is the most important thing that you can charge for to attract the right people and then you sell them what they need at the end.
So for example, the work that you’re doing with Aslam is to look at what are the property, you are looking at creating their property courses, and now from the property courses then the people that are there, they’re going to receive mindset training, why?
Because to make property profitable, you need to have the right mindset.
But if we go first with the mindset, then we attract the wrong kind of crowd, and we attract people that will pay us less.
So look at, do you have sales experience? Do you have marketing experience? Negotiation, leadership? And these are all the things that sell the most.
It’s not necessary what people need the most, but that’s what sells the most.
And the fact is that if you say, you know, you need to eat healthy, you need to eat healthy.
I’ll give you a carrot. Eat this carrot, eat this carrot. And actually you say, no, I don’t want a carrot. I want a bloody chocolate bar.
What would you like to receive? Would you like to eat, if you want a chocolate bar, would you buy a carrot?
No, you will not buy a carrot. You will buy a damn chocolate bar, why?
Because you want the chocolate bar and you don’t care if it’s not good for you because a chocolate bar is good, right?
And so, but what you need is a carrot, right?
But your body needs the carrot. So give people the chocolate bar. Give people what they want and then you teach them what they need while they are inside, but don’t rob them from the opportunity to invest in you because then once they are in, they are in.
Then you can teach them whatever you want.
And as soon as you made a switch, as soon as you will make that switch, your business will be 10 times, 20 times, what am I saying?
A hundred times more profitable.

You’ll just make your life even more miserable.
But as long as you’re enjoying teaching that skill and helping other people with the skill and you have it, start with the one which is the most profitable for you.
