Now, if you want to create products that sell over and over again without creating new stuff all the time, it doesn’t have to be difficult.
Sometimes I think we spend and waste a lot of time just coming up with new ideas because we are creatives, we are entrepreneurs, we have something great in mind and maybe you are like me and you want to act immediately.
And say, oh, I’ve got this amazing idea, what can I do for my clients? What can I do? I think I need to create a new course. I need to create a group programme.
And what happens, now you feel overwhelmed because you’ve underestimated the amount of work that needs to be done to create the landing pages, the funnels to fill up those courses, fill up those events, because every time there is something new that doesn’t give you that consistency, that doesn’t give you that repetition, or that system where it’s created once and it works forever.
And that’s what I want to talk about today. How can you create something that will work over and over and over again without creating things all the time, but at the same time without feeling now you’re giving away your creative power. Because that’s what gives me the biggest buzz, I mean, I love creating stuff.
If that’s taken away from me as an entrepreneur I feel I’m dying, so how can we do that? Well, first of all, there is something that you can create which is called a signature methodology. What’s a signature methodology?
A signature methodology is what will make your business unique, what will make your business stand out, what will make your business different from any other business.
And the signature methodology is important because if you have it, you will get paid more and attract new clients. But if you don’t have it then you are just competing with everyone else that is selling the same services at the same price point.
So, how do we create something that will make you stand out? Well, let’s get started. First of all, we need to understand what is the end goal?
What is that specific client’s, our target client’s, want? What do they desire? What do they want? What do they want to feel? What results do they want in that particular field?
Now, if you are able to understand that then you actually can create a product or service or a signature methodology that gives that client that outcomes, that specific result.
So, this is step number one, understand what outcome they are looking for. Then, we are going back and we are asking ourself where is that client right now?
At what stage of their business, at what stage of their life, at what stage of their organisation are they right now?
Because what happens is that your ideal client they are in one situation at the moment and they want to have something different, they want to have something more, they want to have something better. Is that a better life?
Is that more money? Is that more freedom? Is that more time? Whatever it’s gonna be. And so, there is this tension now from where they are to where they want to be.
And so, now that you understand where they are and where they want to be you can create the path that they need to follow in order to go from A to B. And your signature methodology is that path that gets them from A to B.
Now of course, if I tell you if you want to go from here to here and you have to walk a hundred thousand steps it’s going to be quite difficult.

It’s going to be quite difficult if I tell you, oh, you got to walk seven hundred thousand steps or you need to do a marathon. It’s oh, wow, that feels like hard work right now. But if you say, you know what?
Follow these six, seven, eight steps. Hello Simon, thank you for joining as well. If you follow these five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten steps, no more than ten, then now it suddenly becomes achievable for me.
So, I can see where I am, where I want to go, and then I know the path and it looks easy. And if you make it look easy for me I’m gonna buy from you.
Because what I want is the best result with the minimum effort. That’s what I want as a client, as a person. What is the thing that can give me the top of the top, the best result that I want but without all the effort that will have to take place if I were to do it by myself or with someone else which is not as good or maybe doesn’t offer technology as good as the one that you offer.
Because that’s what we pay for, as people that’s what we pay for. We pay for something that saves us time and something that makes us more money, and something that gives us a better quality of life, or something that saves us money, or gives us even more time.
These are the things we pay for. So, now that you have this methodology we know where they are, we know where they want to go, we have the path, then what are we doing next?
These are all the offers now that we can create because every single module of our signature methodology can become a product in itself. So you see what I’ve done here, in one session I’ve created all the services and all the products that I will ever sell and I can do it once and then decide do I want to sell one course? Do I want to sell one module? Do I want to sell three modules at a time? Do I want to sell the entire package? How do I want to sell it? Am I going to deliver it all online? Am I going to write a book about it? Am I going to create a seminar about it?
Am I going to deliver one to one or in a group session? Are you going to create an app or software? So, if you think about that, now you do something once and it works over and over and over and over again.
And that gives you the space to express your creativity because now you are in charge of the process that your clients will take, but at the same time will give you structure to your business so you don’t change things consistently. Is it making sense?

So, hey Richard, great to see you, thank you for joining. So this is what we’ve been talking about, how can you create this product, the services, the series of product, series of services just doing one thing but to sell that will keep selling them over and over and over again?
So, we started with the end in mind of our ideal client, the results that we want to give them, then we take where they are, and then we say, okay, where is the gap that needs to be bridged?
And we create steps, which are blocks that are going to be modules of the programme. And then we think, okay, now that we have the journey, how can we deliver it?

How do we deliver it? And then delivery becomes the offer. How you are going to deliver, is it gonna be online? Is it going to offline? Is it going to be a podcast? Is it going to be a book? Is it going to be something else or one to one?
There is something though that you need to be aware of because I’ve helped more than a thousand people create their signature methodologies and I found that there were some patterns. And sometimes, people were saying, oh, you know what?
I would really love to do that, but I don’t feel that’s going to be enough for me because I’ve got many, many skills. I’ve got many, many talents. I’ve got many ways in which I can help my clients.
And I say, hold on, I understand that. I’ve got many things I can do to help my client. I’ve been trained in coaching, I’ve been trained in healing, I’ve been trained in therapy, I’ve been training in sales and marketing, but if I go to my client and I bombard him with all the things that I can do for them, then they’re going to say yo, wait a minute, this is too much.
Because people, they need to put you in a box. They need to know what you can do for them first, that’s what they need to know. If you’re not able to tell them, this is my box, this is the box in which I operate, they will not be able to place you in a box so they will never know what you’re doing.
However, if you say this is my box, this is what I do, then you will always be able to stand out. You will always be able to be better, because once they are in your word then you can say, you know what?
You bought this package, you bought this programme and this is what I can do for you. However, now that you’ve done this journey this is what else I can do. So, get them in with one specific thing, once they’re in your word, then you can sell them whatever you want or you can deliver other things that you can do.
And also, the other thing that is important to understand is that you are in complete charge of the creative process. So for example, I’m really passionate about business. I’m really passionate about public speaking. We’ve launched more than 500 profitable businesses and we’ve helped our clients. More than 500 clients who own profitable businesses in the past three years.
I’ve done personally more than a thousand speaking engagements in the past five years, an average of 200 a year and I keep going strong at that. So, I’ve got a lot of great skills, passion. I’ve made money online, I’ve made online courses, I’ve made money in the seminars.
I’ve made money in sessions one to one, creating Mastermind, I’ve got podcasts, YouTube channels, online group, you name it, I have it.
Now, if I tell someone all that I can do for them that’s gonna be way too much. So, I’m just taking a structured approach for them to give them the results they want. And do you know what results that people want? That they want to work with me?
They want to become authorities in their field. They want to dominate their industry. So, I’m thinking, okay, with all the things I’m doing, with all the things I can support them with, what can I do? What’s the simpler way, the most practical way, in which I can deliver them the results that they want?
Which is becoming an authority. Therefore, we have created a four-step process. And our first is refine the business strategy, our second step is creating a signature methodology which is what we are talking about right now, the third step is expanding your audience online and offline.
So, we’re talking about your network and your followers. And then the fourth step then is your media appearances. How can you leverage media to go mainstream and to get millions of eyeballs, to get credibility and authority.
So, these are our four steps. Now, I can say within these four steps and now there are other sub-steps, and then people can decide what to buy. So for example, a lot of people they come to me and because they want to run profitable seminars, they say, hey Simone I see you’re speaking all the time. I wanna become a great speaker like you and I want to sell from the stage and I want to run my own seminars. I say, great, fantastic.
Now you can see that that falls into the business strategy arena and the signature programme. But other people will come to me and say I wanna expand my audience online and tap into better networks.
Great, now to tap into module number three of our methodology. Or some people say, I don’t know where to start. Give me the whole lot because I need the business strategy, I need the programme, I need the social media, and I need the media, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes and how longs it takes to get the results. And then we sell the full shebang. So, do you understand how that works? Because now, this is the only way in which you can create a sustainable business.
Otherwise, you’re always gonna be reactive. You have an idea, you will implement something, and then every time you’re changing something new, you will never make any money because you’re spending so much time in the creation, implementation process and never enough time selling.
What you want to do is to create and implement, and spend all your time now selling and marketing the damned thing. Otherwise, no one’s ever going to buy. Is it making sense?
