[7/10] THE 10, 100, 1000 RULE

Yesterday we talked about creating an OFFER ECOSYSTEM so you can make your business more profitable and serve your clients better.

Today I want to talk about something that, no matter what you and how big your business is, it affects you every day, whether you like it or not.


When I started my first coaching business, I was so EXCITED because every day I was learning a new thing.

So, even though I was not making money or helping clients, I was really happy because I felt I was moving forward.


3 years down the line, I was still making no money or helping clients, but I was happy because I was making progress.

By then, I have learnt EVERYTHING!

I knew how to coach, market, building websites, create funnels, edit videos, edit podcasts, publish blog posts, create automated scheduling systems, etc..


That year I worked myself to the ground.

I was doing everything on my own.


I did not have a social life anymore.

I did not have a relationship.

I did not have friends.

I started developing self-destructing behaviours.


But my mind was tricking me.

I was making progress!!

I was moving forward!


Unfortunately, I was moving in the wrong direction.

But I did not know it.

I had no one to tell me what I should focus on.


I kept going this way and took the business to £120k in yearly revenues.


But I was done.


So, my business partner Ben and I decided to hire Nick James as a mentor because we were both in the event space.


We paid him £25k to work with us for 6 months.

One of the biggest things we learnt was the 10, 100, 1000 concept.


Once we understood it and went through the process, we started expanding our team, and in 1 year, we went from 4 to 15 team members while doubling our revenues.


Now we do this exercise with all our private clients and GTeX Members when we start working with them.
