Have you ever wondered what more you can do to grow your business?
Do you connect with your clients?
Why is this important to your business?
You can spend hundreds if not thousands per year on advertising to bring clients into your business but one of the aspects that will make them stay is true authenticity on your part.
Having clients that have truly amazing breakthroughs is great for your business but how do you make this happen?
By being authentic and connecting with them, their purpose, and their desire on a soul level.
Now don’t get me wrong you will still be able to help clients have breakthroughs without sharing the most intimate parts of your life but when you open up and are authenticity helps your clients to do the same.
This will not only have clients achieving their goals and having major breakthroughs but this could also help them achieve them a lot quicker and they will be raving about you to their friends and family as well.
They will talk about you in a positive light whenever they can and this will encourage others to connect with you to see what you are about and what you offer.
You may even find that you are even happier and more joyful than before because you are allowing your true self to shine through.
Why does being authentic matter?
When you are authentic people find it easier to relate to you and they see you as a real person.
They can see that you know how to get them through their trials and tribulations because not only do they see the real you but they can also connect with what you have gone through or overcome to get to where you are now.
This helps to give you a deeper connection with them and gives them the confidence to invest their valuable time and money with you.
Gone are the times where you could get away with being distant and closed off, people now want and in some instances are craving for the closeness, truth, honesty, and authenticity in business and in life.
What does being authentic mean?
Authentic is a descriptive and powerful word meaning from the source or origin, so in term of being your authentic self, you want to be your true self without all the walls and barriers.
Initially, it may be difficult especially if you have felt in the past that you need to protect yourself and put on a mask but once you start to share who you truly are it will become easier and you may even find it liberating.
Show people what is underneath everything that the big bad world sees and reveal your true identity.
Sharing with people who you are, what you like or dislike, your story and what you are passionate about will help you connect with your clients and always come from a place of love and honesty as it will be evident if you are not and could have the opposite effect to what you intended.
Coming from a place of love
When you are being authentic and coming from a place of love and service to others you will find it easier to attract clients that genuinely want to work with you and you will feel more satisfaction when working with each and every person because you will be feeding your soul by being of service to others.
Why is this important in your business?
By being authentic your clients are not only going to have their breakthroughs and be recommending you to their friends and family but most importantly it builds trust within your relationship.
When a person trusts you they are even more likely to stay with you long term so you will effectively be selling to a warm market rather than a cold market which means less money and time spent on advertising and more time and money invested being able to help the clients you already have so they can reach and surpass their goals.
So being authentic opening up and sharing your true self with your clients while coming from a place of love will go a long way to grow your business.
Take that leap of faith, jump in with both feet and share away to create a deeper connection.
