I want to talk about webinars, as many of our clients asked me about this topic.
The biggest question is: HOW DO YOU GET PEOPLE ATTENDING YOUR WEBINAR?
I am here at the Bums On Seats Bootcamp with Nick James where I will be speaking this evening about selling from the stage.
And we are talking about marketing strategies the moment.
There are countless ways to market your webinars but I want to share with you a super cool way to do it.
“Use” your Facebook friends.
What do I mean?
I personally see Facebook, not as a place to connect with my friends and family, but as a place to connect and build relationships with potential clients and partners…
Let’s say… another list.
1) My goal was to reach 5000 friends that can be potential clients or partners and add daily value on my page and profile to show them I care about them and their results.
2) Then, every now and then, I run a webinar and say:
“Hey folks, do you want to learn how…. If yes comment below”
3) After I see all the comments, then I reply to every comment telling them that I am going to send them info about the webinar.
(Facebook will organically show your post to more people the more comments, likes, and shares it gets.)
4) I send them a private Facebook message with the details of the webinar and the landing page signup.
5) Job done!
Depending on how many Facebook friends you have and how much you have nurtured the relationship with them you can expect more or less signup.
I often get around 40 people registering for this strategy.
As I said, this is one of the strategies you can use to fill up your webinars.
