Linda Sage is a seasoned criminal psychologist, speaker, trainer, author and broadcaster with over 3 decades of hands-on experience. Linda has established clients in both the private and public sectors. Her passion and message are clear; self-care is not a luxury. Now more than ever, preventing compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout should be a primary concern for everyone.

After all we only get one life, making the most of it is essential. Learn to care for yourself as much as you care for others. Knowing this is not enough, putting it into action is the key, Linda learnt the hard way it took her 6 years to recover from burnout and over 11 years to walk back into a prison again.

Burnout is preventable, but you have to be willing to prevent it.
